We don’t offer returns, but we’re happy to exchange your item if it’s not quite right. We want you to love your Kozie purchases!

If something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free exchange within 14 days of your delivery date.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging: This means unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • We take care of mistakes! If we messed up and sent you the wrong size, a faulty product, or missed an item entirely, then don't worry! We'll cover all exchange shipping charges.
